Noble Lion

A noble Lion of great beauty
And a mighty roar
Kept a harem of lionesses
Prowling round his door
Each feline that he wooed
He did with elegance and charm
And with respect he gently held them
On his mighty arm
His pride was such the burning envy
Of other pompous males
Under their noses would his women
Flick their enticing tails
Their rejection enraged the lions
Who's confusion was overwhelming
But the lionesses wisely knew
When males were foolishly pretending
What was it that they saw in him
How did he keep them close
Twas the truth of the noble Lion
His ladies adored the most
